Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying Lean opportunities, recommending Lean project to top management team, supporting and coordinating department/function, leading, implementing, facilitating Lean initiatives in DSM and driving for results from assigned Lean programs, projects and tasks.

Lead and drive all strategic initiatives in the areas of process flow Plant efficiency and layout.

Duties include:
1) Collects data/drawing, observes production/operation practice and analyzes/studies data/info to identify lean opportunities
2) Performs company Manufacturing Systems.
3) Uses Lean and IE and Six Sigma tools implementing assigned improvement projects
4) Uses statistic tools in performing analysis
5) teaches and coaches Lean and IE tools/methodology to staffs working in the plant

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree majored in engineering disciplines
- 5+ Years working experience on Lean Manufacturing
- Large scale manufacturing operations experience
- Hands on and project experience using Lean/IE improving operations
- Knowledgeable in SPC
- Project management experience
- Strong analytic and problem solving ability
- Strong cross functional communication skill
- Dedicated and hard working
- Good command of written and spoken English
