准备去美国,个人陈述里写的一些试验的东西,望前辈们指正
小弟是机电专业大四的学生,但一直对IE很感兴趣,所以现在决定去美国读IE专业。但是在写申请材料的时候,发现自己底子还是太薄,很多东西,知道流程是什么,但是却不能用标准的IE语言表达出来,感觉很外行。 所以衷心希望各位能帮小弟看看我以下材料,写得地道不地道,那些地方用了IE的那些点,多谢啦!In my exchange life in HKUST, I become the only year-two student who joined the department lab of Mechanical Engineering and worked on the program of Finger Print Sensor based on MEMS for one semester. When came back, I joined many research programs in Institute of Mechatronic Control Engineering (State Key Laboratory of China). For example, my Two-Degrees-of-Freedom Servo Platform and Real Time Measurement System on Liquid Bulk Factor are both awarded as the “Excellent Students’ Research Program of Zhejiang University” in 2008.
Now, I am working in B.F. JU’s lab focus on two programs about the Development and Manufacture about the Probe of Scanning Tunnel Microscope(STM) and the Video & Measurement System of Microscope. With the help of the amazing EM or IE, I can successfully do a great job in research programs belong to diversity realms such as Electrohydraulic, Mechatronic Controlling and MEMS. For instance, during the program of Development and Manufacture about the Probe of STM, as a team leader, I first made a Process Flow Diagram(流程图,就是我们实验时会画成具体步骤,这样说对吗?) to make the aim and procedure of our experiment clear. Then, after Brainstorming and Nominal Group Technique (头脑风暴,可是很多地方都有,不知道让大家集思广益这种形式,有什么特殊的称谓吗), my team redesigned the diagram in order to make the procedure more efficient and practical; we also improved the system with simple structure(让结构更简单,更优化。我们当时使用pro/e 或者protel等软件设计,然后大家进行模拟,优化,不知道这样应该怎么专业的说?), using single-chip micyoco and much more sophisticated programming to achieve the accurate time and depth control instead of primer chips. After gathering and reevaluating all the related factors and data, I drew the Histogram, obtained several lines in the shape of “U” to represent the relationships between concentration of KOH solution, depth that the raw probe insert into the solution, response time or current with the diameter of the probe tip. Finally I chose the bottom part (that is, the part we can obtain a comparative smaller tip) based on the principle of 6-sigma so that I can pick a better combination of all the factors via a compare and evaluation. (就是一种试验方法,测得很多数据,然后利用单一变量法,绘制出其曲线图,用了matlab某功能,然后就是比较,综合各种数据,最后得出了优化的数据组合。这个过程涉及什么方法呢?) Through several Shewhart Cycles, we obtained more and more accurate and optimized factors, achieved a continuously improve in quality of the probe and make the tip of the probe within 5nm, which is an amazing result in this area. I think my ability on optimizing the research system and redesign the procedure using reasoning and analyzing helps me a lot to make the experiment system cheaper, more efficient and easier to handle.

IE的知识更多地来自于生产实践。至于日本,早稻田大学不错。至于你的简历,建议你不要提IE方面,更多地阐述一下技术方面。 高~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 日本的很好么
