职位要求：要求机械行业的制造业背景，有领导过一些项目的经验，做生产过程中的生产、设备、安全、质量等制程改善工作。
详细职位描述见下面：
Summary of Job Content
-Lead investment projects and equipment improvement projects, and other continuous improvements. In addition, he or she will support safety committee in execution.
Key Accountabilities
-        Lead investment projects in planning, execution, controlling and reporting to reach the target in terms of quality, schedule and cost.
-        Coordinate machine and facility alteration projects to reach high performance.
-        Find out improve potentials and lead continuous improvements in production to reach high efficiency and quality standard.
-        Assist to safety committee to follow up the ESHA implementation and coordinate ESHA related improvements.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Experiences

-        Bachelor degree in mechanical and electric related or Industrial Engineering.
-        Manufacture background
-        Project management experience
-        Good oral and written English
-        Certified GB preferred
-        Result-orientated
-        Strong team spirit and basic leadership.
-        Can work independently
-        Good communication skills
-        Can work under pressure
