i have virus on it, when i turn it on it will show me the background but won't show me the task bar or any ic** on it, like firefox, my computer, etc what should i do? the F8 isn't working it won't open that thing aswell, thanks for helping me

OK,that is a ** question,
first, turn on your computer, select the safe model, and you may find something on the desktop, use software to destroy virus,then restart it , you will get it.
