Degree Holder in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
8 years relevant experience, with solid experience of managing staffs at multiple locations, under a matrix organization
Good technical knowledge and hands on experience in line/facility re-layout and new plant set up
Proven records in driving lean transformation in an IT, OA or related manufacturing enterprise
Project management & leadership skills, with experience of managing multiple projects/tasks across different manufacturing sites, and driving the team for a timely closure
Good interpersonal and communication to enable logical and fact based discussion with different manufacturing sites and related departments
Bright, patient, pro-active and can make fair judgment
Strong execution ability to get the work done within target, time and budget
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Station in Dongguan factory is required
