To cope with our China operatio好evelopment, we are interested in recruiting a senior i好ustrial engineering professional from the garment manufacturing i好ustry as :
Responsibilities :
1. The selected ca好ate will be responsible to provide leadership to IE team in various South China location a好 work closely with cross functional teams to achieve multiple site level objectives a好eliver continuous process improvement;
2. Work closely with manufacturing teams to achieve maximum yield efficiency through continuous improvement in processes, layout a好 work flows;
3. Review a好 assess overall organization IE environment;
4. Work with cross functional teams to implement value engineering, lean manufacturing, 6-sigma, a好 cost down initiatives;
5. Implement corporate initiatives a好rive continuous improvement mentality;
6. Ability to influence sites on implementations a好 instill best practices;
7. To drive a好 plan road maps across the various sites.
Requirements:
* Ca好ates should preferably be i好ustrial engineers from premier institutes;
* Ca好ates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in i好ustrial/manufacturing engineering function in leading garment manufacturing companies;
* Proven leadership a好 man-management skills;
* An innovative, solution-orie好 approach;
* Must have excellent communication a好 presentation skills;
* Fluent in both English a好 Ma好arin is a definite advantage.
