重庆某德资汽车配件公司招聘IE工程师，（此公司在重庆新建工厂）
Positions: Industrial Engineering Engineer
Main aim of job:
Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant and take into account of quality and cost-effictive point by performing the following duties.
Job description:
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
- Analyzes and plans , space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
- Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
- Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
Independent identify potentials of ratio of complex manufacturing and assembly plants
- Planning and monitoring of approved improvements
- Self-schedule start of production in compliance with the determined su**ce values in the improvement process
- Evaluation of technical changes in production support
- Changes of parts, BOMs, routings, as specified in the SAP system
- Preparation of all necessary documents (e.g. Specification, FMEA, Fine Schedule) As part of the improvement process for the optimization of manufacturing and assembly facilities
- tasks that are for the benefit of the SHN operation assigned by production manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional.
Job requirement:
- Technical or engineering bachelor degree
- 2- 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Chinese and English or German – able to communicate
