Responsibilities:
(1)Product BOM managing and updating
(2)Support buyer to identify SAP BOM, and support I/E specialist to identify E-HB BOM.
(3)Ensure connection of Product BOM, SAP BOM and E-HB BOM
(4)Design lean production line (working cell) with appropriate materials flow routine
(5)Dentify operators resources and equipments/fixture/tools needed for production line
(6)Design RW flow to meet pull signal with visual management
(7)Involve establishment of SOP/WI for assembly/inspection
(8)Drive productivity continuous improvement with Lean manufacturing skills
Responsibilities:
(1)Bachelor Degree or above with at least 2 years experience in Industry Engineering area at Electronic products manufacturing
(2)BOM manging experiences
(3)Mechnical Engineer or Electronic Engineer background and experience preferred
(4)Microsoft Office Excel and Relative software required, Solidworks or other Mechanical software is a plus
(5)Excellent communication Skills in both English and Chines.
