相信很多公司都有自己的质量管理体系,但是如何形成有效的质量管理体系,感觉就像很难,因为它涉及了三个问题:
1、制定什么样的制度来保证对工艺要点监控的有效性;
2、采取什么样的措施来预防质量问题的批量发生;
3、使用什么样的办法来保证产品质量的持续有效改进。

Through SPC control to critical features of production can control the process.
And through IPQC's audit can try to avoid issue happening in bulk quantity.
By setting up the continuous improvement program you can continue to improve your quality.
