Title: Senior Industrial Engineer (Lean Consulting)
高级工业工程师（精益咨询方向）
Requirements:
 Over 30 yrs old, 35 desirable.
 B.S. Degree in Electronics, Mechanics or IE.
 Abundant experience in manufacture environment, familiar with automotive industry preferred.
 Strong experience in implement lean manufacturing system in manual and machine intensive environment.
 Solid working experience in function of Industrial Engineer.
 Must be able to read, comprehend and write in English.
 Effective communication skills and good team player.
 Willing to be high level of mobility for international travel and stay.
Responsibilities:
 Taking part in consulting projects of lean optimization for production processes
 Project supervision with benchmarking, data input of actual status, data editing, working out and implementation of should-be-concept, evaluation of the results using lean manufacturing methods and tools
 Further development of the product portfolios
 Coaching, training of the lean production implementation.
