Just want to talk something about IE in michael factory, or IE in oversea company, or in another word, IE in USA company, a small company, about 2000 people:
= they focus on lean but no execution
= they have global team but no power, just consultant, more or less
= middle management already know they should a IE team, but big boss dont think so
= but they try to establish IE team internal, IE function but hide in other department
= the big boss is from IE, but he thought IE is nothing, or useless, how?
= IE is a solid team, it has responsiblity, it's own power, but lean, consultant
= management was something but no direction
= just do something step by step
= IE function is seperated into Engineering, production PE, facility, LEAN, finance
just some information, i not sure if it was qualified to publish here, that's my thought |
