职位要求：
1、工艺流程改善经验；
2、新产品导入经验；
3、英语读写良好；
4、大专以上学历；
Job Responsibility:
• Plan and implement ME improvement and ECN to production lines
• Coordinate with cross function on new project
• Provide technical analysis and judgments from ME sight to solve any product problems through 5W and follow up engineering corrective actions on board, layout, process etc.
• Implement Lean concept to improve manufacturing to meet DBS, DMS requirements
• Implement Continuous Improvement to reduce cost, investment and unuseful documents
• Study standard production hours and balance work stations
• Set objectives for subordinates and evaluate their performance.
• Coach, develop subordinates' capabilities to meet the positions' requirements.
• Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
• Follow the Company EHS policies
Qualification:
• University degree, major in Engineering or related field
• Good English communication skills. Good presentation skills. Familiar with Quality Systems as of QS9000, ISO14000, TS16949, VDA. Good coach skills can provide technical training. Good at Microsoft Office and project management. Good Engineering knowledge
• Over 2 years Engineering Management experience in MNC
